Fringe Salon is the first certified Green Circle Salon in the city of Philadelphia.

Green Circle Salons provides the world’s first sustainable salon solution to recover and repurpose beauty waste, ensuring that we can help keep people and the planet beautiful. This program allows our salon to repurpose and recover up to 95% of our waste, including hair, leftover hair color, foils, color tubes, aerosol cans, paper, and plastics.

Fringe Salon adds a small eco fee per client to pay for this sustainable service.

Repurposing Materials Inside the Bok Building

Fringe recycles all of our glass and packing materials through Remark Glass! The glass goes on to see new life as glasses, vases, and more! Our packing material is reused to wrap up Remark’s beautiful creations.

The Products We Use

At Fringe, we’re proud to use Kevin.Murphy and DevaCurl — both lines share our ecological values and commitment to keeping the world beautiful. Kevin.Murphy uses ocean waste and recycled plastic in their bottles, and is vegan and cruelty free! DevaCurl’s bottles are made from 30% recycled post-consumer resin, and the line is also totally vegan and cruelty free. Both lines’ bottles are recyclable!
